What not to eat if you want to lose weight

Sugar, Soft drinks, fruit juices, lollies, ice cream, cakes, biscuits, muffins, chocolate, i'm sure you get the idea.

Processed Foods: Pre packed ready to go food is generally loaded with carbohydrates, sugar and sodium. Takeaways are generally made from processed low grade ingredients, it's not nutritious and if we are honest with ourselfs, is not satisfying either, that's why alot of us over eat this kind of rubbish.

High G I Carbohydrates: Wheat, barley, rye, breads, pastas, rice and potatoes.  If you have weight to lose it's a very good idea to avoid carbohydrates, allowing your body to use it's own fat stores for energy. 

“Diet” and “Low-Fat” Products BEWARE, most of these products are packed with sugar, your body can process fat more efficiently than it can sugar, so many of us think we are doing the right thing by purchasing "Diet" food, in most cases it is the complete opposite.
