What to look for
Words ending in OSE, like Dextrose, Glucose, Lactose, Maltose, Saccharose, Sucrose, Xylose, are all sugar, look out for these ingredient's as they are often hidden in food and drinks.
Try to limit your consumption of sweets, one treat per week or better still per month will make that slice of cake or ice cream feel even more satisfying, replacing sugar in hot drinks with an artificial sweeter (Aspartame Free) will decrease your calorie intake.
